Hanan Mikhail, Managing Director of the U-Can Language Center
She has seven years experience teaching Arabic, in addition to her background in Administration and Marketing. She also works with Marian to help develop the teaching curriculum.
John Youssif, Teacher
John has five years experience teaching Arabic to a variety of nationalities. He has been working with Marian teaching BP employees for the last four and a half years. He has also worked for three years teaching staff at both the Korean and American Embassies. John's training in design helps him develop creative activities and drills to aid in students' learning. John is currently studying for his Masters Degree in teaching at El Minya University, and has been working as a Doctor's Assistant there for the last seven years.
Heidi Zaky, Teacher
Heidi has eight years experience teaching Arabic. In addition to teaching British Petroleum (BP) employees for the last four and a half years, she has also taught in a variety of institutions, and has completed the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers. She has traveled extensively, as well as working as a private language tutor. Prior to her eight years of teaching experience, she was also a teacher at El Alsson International School.
Laurice Abdel Sayed, Teacher
Laurice has five years experience teaching Arabic as a foreign language. She has developed the phonetics curriculum in use at the Center, and is very good at teaching students proper pronunciation. Her teaching style is very practical, and she has been working with staff from "Egypt Today." Laurice is able to teach the entire curriculum, from the first level all the way up to the advanced levels.
Amany Nabih, Teacher
Amany has over six years experience teaching Arabic to people from a variety of different cultures. Along with Laurice, Amany is able to teach the entire curriculum from the first level up through the advanced levels. Along with Gamel, Ameny is helping to put together a new MSA curriculum. She has a strong emphasis on drilling and teaching new vocabulary. |
